1)Client Membership
a) All clients must purchase the memberships package/session via our booking website.
b) The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
c)The validity of the membership should follow the package's "END" date that is being display on client's billing details.
d)Client is not allowed to share the membership/client account and per account is only applicable to one user.
e)All clients should cancel their session via our booking system at least 1 hour before the session. The session will not be return or refund if client did not cancel the session 1 hour before the session.
f) Shall any client purchase the package that comes with physio cash voucher or sports massage cash voucher, the validity of these cash voucher followed the respective purchased package's "END" date that is being display on client's billing details.
g) The Management and staff reserves the right to reject the application for membership to Avakas Fitness for any reason whatsoever.
2) Operation Hours and Schedule amendment
a)The Management and staff reserves the right to change the assigned exercise specialist of any hours during the operating hours although showing otherwise in the booking system.
b)The Management and staff reserves the right to adjust the operating hours for any purpose, in the event if any clients has made bookings, the Management and staff will return the specific session back to clients.
3) Provision of Personal Data
a)We will use the contact details data provided to contact you in regards of all the relevant operation matters of Avakas Fitness.
b) We may contact you from time to time in regards of relevant information of Avakas Fitness’s operation such as new training structure, new services offered etc.
4)Others
a) Unclaimed and lost properties will be kept by the staff of Avakas Fitness for 3 days and the Management reserves the right to dispose any of the unclaimed items in any way it sees fit.
b) The staff and management of Avakas Fitness reverse the right to use photograph and videos of any individual/members/clients/guest for press, commercial and promotion purposes.
5) Dress Code
Members/Clients/Visitors are required to wear proper sport attire.
Topless and SPORT-BRA ONLY attire is not allowed in the gym.
6) Limitation of Liability
By joining any of the sessions in Avakas Fitness, the members/clients/visitors agrees that:
a) Avakas Fitness will not hold any responsibility for loss on clients’ properties, death or injuries that occurred while on the premise. Clients/Members agrees that no claims or actions will be made against the staff and Management of the Company, Avakas Fitness for any reason whatsoever.
b)Staff and Management of Avakas Fitness shall not be responsible for any possible claims and actions for any death and injuries.
c)Clients/Members/Visitors agree and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks and loss including the following but not limited to property damage, personal injury including death that may sustained by you.
You hereby waive and release not to take action to sue the staff and Management of Avakas Fitness from all the liability and claims whatsoever that occurred which related to the following but not limited to personal loss, injury and death while participating in any of the training sessions and on the premise of Avakas Fitness.
*The Management reserves the right to amend the Terms and Condition at any time without prior notice.
